Superbuy Order Status Guide: Purchased, Warehouse & Parcel Steps
Last updated: July 27, 2026
Most Superbuy confusion comes from mixing three stages: seller purchase, warehouse handling, and international parcel tracking. Treat each stage separately so you know when to wait, when to ask support, and when to make a shipping decision.
Human Reading of the Status Flow
Payment submitted: your request exists, but the seller may not have accepted or shipped yet.
Purchased or processing: Superbuy is handling the buying step. Check messages if a price, option, or seller issue appears.
Seller shipped domestically: wait for domestic logistics to reach the warehouse before judging international delivery time.
Warehouse received: now review QC photos, item category, weight, and whether return or exchange is needed.
Parcel submitted: after you choose packaging, declaration, and route, the workflow moves from order status to parcel tracking.
When to Take Action
- No seller movement: check whether the product is pre-sale, out of stock, or waiting for seller confirmation.
- Warehouse received but no decision: review QC before the return window becomes harder to use.
- Weight looks wrong: compare the item category and packaging before paying for international shipping.
- Parcel tracking stalls: separate carrier delay, customs delay, and missing information before assuming loss.
