Corrections Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

Superbuy shipping rules, storage terms, route restrictions, service costs, and warehouse workflows can change. This policy explains how we review and update corrections when a guide becomes outdated or unclear.

What We Review

  • Outdated shipping, storage, packaging, customs, or value-added-service notes.
  • Broken internal or external links.
  • Unclear QC instructions or missing risk context.
  • Country-specific route or restriction notes that need fresh wording.

How to Make a Correction Useful

Include the page URL, the exact claim that may be wrong, the current source or account-screen detail, and the destination country or product category when relevant. The more specific the note, the easier it is to update the guide accurately.

How Updates Are Handled

When a correction is valid, we update the wording, remove over-specific claims, add current context, or point readers to the correct official account page. We avoid fixed promises for rules that can change by account, destination, item category, route, or warehouse status.
