Superbuy shipping time is not one single number. It includes seller dispatch, domestic delivery to the warehouse, warehouse inspection, your QC decision, parcel packing, line selection, international transit, customs, and local delivery.

Typical Timeline Stages

Seller purchase and dispatch: the seller needs to accept and send the item to the warehouse.
Warehouse received: Superbuy receives the item and prepares basic QC photos.
QC review: you approve, request extra photos, return, exchange, or wait for more items.
Parcel submission: you choose packaging, shipping line, declaration details, and optional services.
International shipping: the carrier line, customs, and local delivery determine the final speed.

What Slows Shipping Down?

  • Shoes: check whether the shoebox is important. Boxes increase parcel volume and can change the line you choose.

  • Bags: structured bags can be billed by volume, not just scale weight. Ask for dimensions if the item is large.

  • Overweight parcels: each delivery route has its own weight limits. If the parcel is over the limit, you may need to remove items and submit again.
  • Restricted items: food, liquids, powders, batteries, medicine, knives, perfume, and branded or sensitive goods may reduce available lines or raise customs risk.
